Finally Techniques To Control Your Sugar Cravings

You can stop sugar cravings by improving your diet. What is a sugar craving? Well, some might think it has something to do with a hormonal imbalance.

If you need to sleep because of lack of sugar see your doctor. If you need to sleep because you ate sugar see your doctor. You might have an imbalance in your body. If you can see a dietitian or nutrition expert it would be better than seeing a regular doctor.

Unfortunately, doctors get very little training in nutrition in medical school. They do get a lot of training in medication use though. Nutrition on the other hand helps prevent many diseases in the first place. But it is not given a lot of importance in medical school training.

Our doctors are trained to let a disorder occur and then treat it with medication to keep the symptoms of the disease under control. If you have cravings for sugar that interfere with your life then you should go to your doctor to make sure you do not have a serious disorder in your system already. But if you want to stop sugar cravings before it gets to that stage start today to take better control of your diet.

If you want to see what is really wrong with our diet then visit your local sweet shop or go to the dessert section of your local super market. You will be able to buy desserts containing many man made ingredients you will not even be able to pronounce. You will not be so quick to blame simple sugar when you figure out what all those additives and preservatives can do to your body. How do they get all those chemical names on the label anyway.

You will also see a lot of hydrogenated oil or shortening in the ingredients. There is a big push to get hydrogenated oil out of foods, and this is good. But when you see shortening it is the same thing really. This is the oil that remains solid even at room temperature.

This was the perfect product because it stayed solid at room temperature. Then some wise guy decided to make pastry dough with the machine oil. And then he called it shortening, who knows why. And now you will find it in almost every store bought dessert.

And do not use shortening. Even butter is better for you than machine grease. The problem is not the sugar it is in the products you buy and eat to get your sugar fix.

Sugar Addiction is very real for many people and something that is hard to break. Eating too much sugar can cause to many health problems in the future, so it’s definitely not something you should shrug off. Stop Sugar Cravings and start losing weight.
