15 tips that will help to break a weight loss plateau when on the hCG diet. The following tips have been found to be very effective during Phase 2 of the hCG diet protocol. Remember that it is very important to consult with your doctor before beginning any low or very low calorie diet.

On a daily basis avoid consuming the same vegetable, protein or fruit more than once.
Make sure there are no antibiotics or flavor enhancers in your chicken or other protein sources.

Sleep is a critical factor to weight loss, patients that have not had enough sleep have reported little to no weight loss the following day. You should try to get seven to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep nightly for sustained weight loss.
