The best place to start when looking to grow taller is your spinal column. You can stretch the cartilage found between the vertebrae’s, which can allow you to gain a good amount of height.

Some of the basic strategies for this would include stretching on a regular bases, as well as engaging in exercises designed to accomplish this. Also your posture plays an important role in this area. Focus on maintaining good posture when you are standing, seated or laying down.

In actuality ensuring your posture is good when you are asleep is right up there as one of the top methods to accomplish this goal. When your spine can decompress it allows the spine to longer in length.

As for your legs. They can stretch also. Especially in the areas surrounding the thigh and shin bones. You see there are gaps in our bones. When you stretch and engage in daily exercise for about 40 minutes a day, you can lengthen the bones in those areas, which can give you a gain in height.

So lastly, yes if you come from a family of tall people that will be an added bonus as far as becoming tall, but it is not everything. You can grow taller by committing to the methods we discussed in this article. It will not be easy, but it can happen for you, if you are serious. Stick to it and do not quit.
