I woke up one day from my unconsciousness. I had no control over my life. It had been on autopilot for years. All of my decisions had been made unconsciously. How did I get where I was? Before, there were mostly pre-conditioned answers that would just spout out of my mouth, often without a thought. When I need to make a decision, I would like to consciously think about it, be there in the moment, and base my decisions on that.
