Sleep well about 8 hours a day. It won’t cure your pimples or acne but it will help your body function better and limit the number of future acne outbreaks. Manage your stress because Stress is one of the leading causes of acne in adults. Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day and eat a healthy diet. It is very important to improve your skin’s health.

In men, shaving can cause irritation on skin or spreading acne. Remember to use a sharp and safety while shaving. Before shaving, please washing the face and neck with mild soap and warm water and then apply a shaving cream. Avoid using shaving cream which has menthol in the ingredient list because menthol may irritate your acne.
