The power of the mind is a wonderful thing. Scientist testing revealed that we only use around ten percent of the total capacity of our brains. The thought of what would happen if we actually used the other ninety percent. That would be incredible!

It is believed that people with extra ordinary abilities like extra sensory or psychic powers are because people learn how to access the different parts of their mind. Many believe they are born with that increased mindpower or just have managed to develop that part of the mind later in life.

Through the process of quantum physics it is starting to be thought that the true nature or the link between real life and true nature is by what we think and what we experience in life.

Recent scientific studies are also beginning to confirm what the ancient beliefs have been saying for thousands of years. They believed that reality is just a product of your mind, and though the changes in the way you think, you can change your reality. Reality IS Mindpower!

There have been films about mindpower. ‘The Secret’ explains the theory of the law of attraction. Through the powerful mindpower a person can view life in a certain way and attract anything they want to into their life.

If you haven’t seen the movie, it is about how the law of attraction affects everyone, and that all our actions have cause and effects. No matter what you think, you can get. Learning to actually communicate with your subconscious mind is important or else your mind will think everything is exactly the way you want it to be. The scientific term for this is homeostasis.

What reacts with the universe is called universal consciousness. It’s a way to manifest your desires by using the subconscious mind which is responsible for all the esp powers, for example, telepathy, remove viewing, and precognition.

Developing your mindpower it is key to communicate with your subconscious mind. There are a number of ways to do this.

Repeating a positive phrase or affirmation to yourself several times a day your subconscious will get the message.

A daily affirmation to break a bad habit would be to constantly tell yourself over and over throughout the day that you no longer need whatever it was that was a bad habit, or I no longer choose to do whatever that habit was. If you want to bring up your self esteem you would tell yourself how good you are, how smart you are, how beautiful you are, and any other positive thoughts.

Affirmations really do work when you tell yourself to do something a certain way, you will start to do things that way. Daily affirmations can be powerful. Just repeat a positive phrase, several times a day and eventually yoursubconscious will get the message!

This works with everything in life. If you can put it in your mind in a positive way, and really store it in your subconscious mind you will change your life. You can make it all reality. Realize that everything you’d like to see change, will change and it really will.

Visualize the change to help you develop mindpower. Close your eyes and think about what you wish to see happen, happen. Soon your subconscious mind will believe it. Your mindpower can be powerful with the art of visualization. Pictures are stored into your subconscious, and will help you get what you want. You can find pictures of what you want, whether a new house or a new car. Cut them out, and use them to visualize what you want. Consistency in this area of mindpower, and it will really appear in your life.

Psychic powers, telepathy, and looking into the future can also be visualized and later attained. Exercising your mindpower will only make it that much more powerful!

Using hypnosis to communicate to your subconscious will help you to develop mindpower. You can visit a professional hypnotist or hypnotherapist and they will put you into a deep state of relaxation. Once in a deep state of relaxation you can get into that subconscious mind easier.

A less expensive way to hypnotize yourself into that state, is self hypnotizing. That is when you listen to a recording of a hypnotherapist going through the steps they go through in their session. The great thing about self hypnotizing yourself is that you can do it on a consistent basis, and the more you do anything the more powerful it can become.

A new audio technology for brainwave entrainment called brainwave synchronization. Brainwave synchronization changes your brainwaves instantly to a different frequency. The result of this, can be many different things. A certain frequency can improve your memory, while another frequency may release endorphins that could heal or alleviate pain.

You can also tune into a certain frequency that controls the state of meditation and will allow you to communicate quickly with your subconscious mind and therefore develop your mindpower quickly.

Specific frequencies can stimulate a part of your body known as the chakra energy center. This chakra energy is in the center of your forehead where a third eye would be. That is why they call it the third eye chakra which is responsible for the psychic powers.

There is no need to develop these powers, they are inside you and just need to find a way out. People say mindpower is in you, but repressed and locked deep within your mind.

So we may say we need to develop mindpower, but really we are just trying to find the keys to unlock all the powers and potential that everyone already has.
